Visitor Procedures

Visitors to buildings will continue to be limited.

Visitors who enter a security vestibule or building are expected to wear a face covering. Free, disposable face coverings will be available at all buildings.

Visitors will remain in the security vestibule when possible.

If picking up a student, a visitor will be asked to provide driver's license or government ID to be scanned by Raptor visitor management system.

Children who are being picked up by an authorized contact will generally be escorted to the vestibule by a staff member.
If it is necessary for a visitor to enter the building's main office:

Visitor will be asked the following additional health screening questions:

Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 60 days?

Are you currently experiencing symptoms such as fever or dry cough?

Do you currently have a temperature above 100.4 degrees?

Have you had exposure to anyone who has been positively diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 30 days?

Have you traveled within the last 30 days to any country or region considered high-risk by the CDC?

Volunteer Procedures
Volunteers will be welcome to provide assistance electronically (email, video conference, etc.). The District will continue to monitor pandemic conditions regularly and, when it is determined that volunteers may safely enter our buildings when students are in attendance, information will be communicated to families.
