Open Enrollment

IF YOU ARE NOT A RESIDENT OF GREEN, PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE THE FINAL FORMS ENROLLMENT FORMS, YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM BELOW.The district has limited open enrollment spaces and availability varies due to residential enrollment needs for each grade level.  Open enrollment is not guaranteed and must be applied for annually to be considered.  An overview of the Board's open enrollment policy may be viewed here

Applications for open enrollment are accepted March 1st through April 15th each year.  No applications will be accepted after April 15th.  Incomplete applications cannot be processed.  

Please complete an application for each child.  If you are not able to complete the application online, you may download and submit a hard copy form.  This form may be sent to the district through US Mail or submitted to the Central Administration Building located at 1755 Town Park Blvd, Uniontown, 44685.  The mailing address is:  Green Local Schools, Office of the Superintendent  P. O. Box 218, Green, Ohio  44232.  The form must be received (not postmarked) by April 15th.  

Applications are reviewed after April 15th and letters of acceptance/denial are sent by US Mail to your home by May 31st.
