Technology Support for Families

  • Be sure to shut down and restart the Chromebook on a daily basis.  [Written instructions]  [Video instructions]
  • If you encounter a problem or issue with an assignment / online resource, students can connect with the classroom teacher during their class times for all options of learning: In-Person, Remote, and Bulldog Digital Academy.
  • Printing from a Chromebook is not an option.  Students should turn in electronic versions of assignments to teachers.
  • If you encounter WiFi Issue at home, please contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance.

  • In-Person learners will receive technical support in the classroom following recommended safety protocols for repairs and assistance

Issues we will address at the repair location:

  • Non functioning chromebooks: 

  • Cracked Screen, no power, some type of operation that prevents use

A repair station will be located at the Green Primary School Door 4 during the following times:

If there are no form submissions for a days drop-off/pick-up, there will be no drop-off/pick-up Chromebook repairs that day.

Monday Repair Window 

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Tuesday Repair Window

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Thursday Repair Window 

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

You will stay in your vehicle during this dropoff / pickup. The district provided Chromebook station will be located at Door 4 of Green Primary School
. Please follow the traffic pattern in the map above, repair is located at the red "X".  We will provide you with supplies to clean and sanitize the Chromebook at the drop-off / pickup. The repairs will be completed and returned to you during this visit if possible or a loaner will be issued following all recommended safety protocols. If a loaner is issued you will return at the next repair day to retrieve your Chromebook and return the loaner. The Chromebook will be cleaned and sanitized by the technology department following recommended protocols prior to returning as well.
