I do not have internet access at my home. What can I do?
Charter will offer free Spectrum broadband and Wi-Fi access for 60 days to households with K-12 and/or college students who do not already have a Spectrum broadband subscription and at any service level up to 100 Mbps. To enroll call 1-844-488-8395 Installation fees will be waived for new student households.
Remote Technology Support for Families
- Be sure to shut down and restart the Chromebook on a daily basis. [Written instructions] [Video instructions]
- If you encounter a problem or issue with an assignment / online resource, students can connect with the classroom teacher during their Office Hours (available in Google Classroom).
- Printing from a Chromebook is not an option. Students should turn in electronic versions of assignments to teachers.
- If you encounter Wifi Issue at home, please contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance.
Note: The final day of Chromebook support for the 2019-2020 school year was Thursday, May 28, 2020.
We will begin support for next school year later this summer.
