Student groups are defined as extra-curricular programs or activities and programs or activities of student-initiated, non school-sponsored clubs and organizations. Community groups affiliated with the schools include municipal and local organizations who have a direct connection to and/or directly support the District, such as PTA/PTOs, Booster Clubs, and the like. After District events, Category 1 groups will be granted priority to available school premises over Category 2 through 4 groups.

Such public nonprofit groups will be permitted to use school premises during non-school hours as long as prior arrangements have been made with District administration. After District events, Category 2 groups will be granted priority to available school premises over Category 3 and 4 groups.
