STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS – APRIL 28, 2017


TODAY, IS THE LAST DAY TO PURCHASE TICKETS AT A COST OF $55 EACH, AND THE LAST DAY RENAISSANCE DISCOUNTS WILL BE HONORED!

  • Monday, May 1 through Wednesday, May 3: Ticket cost is $70 each ($140 per couple). RENAISSANCE DISCOUNTS DO NOT APPLY!

  • NO tickets will be sold after Wednesday, May 3 NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Please make all checks payable to Green High School.

If you want to be a part of Student Council or run for class office in 2017-2018: ALL FORMS ARE DUE TODAY! Voting will take place Friday, May 5th. Our first meeting of the 2017-2018 school year will be held Thursday, May 11th.

Senior Banquet tickets are on sale through May 12th. Get them now! See Mrs. Hastings in the main office to purchase.

Mayatux-Mayapparel will be here on Thursday, May 18th from 10:00am .

through the lunch periods to deliver Tuxedos. You must pay for the tux at the time of pickup. Please pay with a check or the exact change in the envelope. Remember -- pick up your tux on Thursday, May 18th beginning at 10:00 through the lunch periods.

Additional Graduation Tickets are available in the main office.

Attention Seniors! The lists of Honors and Awards are being posted in the hallways of the Main Office, Language Arts (Mr. DeVitis’ and Mr. Hane’s) and Student Services. It will also be posted in the Senior Commons. Seniors need to check the list to make sure that you are marked correctly for any of the honors or awards that you think you should be receiving. It is up to YOU to check the list! If you believe that you should have received any one of the awards or honors, come and see us in the Student Services Office.

After prom tickets will be sold in the library from April 24-28 right after school in the library. Cost is $10. Students can attend after prom even if you are not attending prom. Any questions, see Mr. Granito

For students taking the ACT test on June 10 or September 9, 2017, prep classes are available.

Visit the website ABrightPromise.org for complete details and registration. Wednesday, May 3 is the registration deadline. Space is limited, so don’t delay.

ATTENTION SENIORS AND THEIR FAMILIES: Fellowship of Christian students would like to invite you to the Baccalaureate service for the Class of 2017. Baccalaureate is a farewell address in the form of a religious service to a graduating class. It will be held on May 8th 7:00-8:00pm at the Chapel in Green.

ATTENTION ‘A’ CARD HOLDERS: For those who have not yet taken their “A” Day --- the last day you may take your “A” day this school year is Monday, May 15. Forms are due to Mrs. Preisse by Wednesday, May 10! NO EXCEPTIONS. Be sure to check the back of the form to make sure you get your requests in on time! Forms are in the main office rounder. .

Renaissance Reimbursement for this school year are due by Friday, May 19th. No exceptions! Forms are in the main office rounder.

GUEST FORMS FOR PROM ARE AVAILABLE IN THE MAIN OFFICE ROUNDER AND ARE DUE AT TIME OF TICKET PURCHASE. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO OBTAIN APPROVALS FROM OTHER SCHOOLS….THE OFFICE WILL NOT FAX FORMS TO OTHER SCHOOLS FOR APPROVALS.
