During the period of the Governor's Executive Order 2020-10D, and in conjunction with House Bill 197, the Green Local School District's Board of Education meetings will be held virtually. Each meeting can be viewed live following this link : Live Board Meeting  It will be archived for later viewing on YouTube as well.

Public Participation during this period will move forward via email.  If you have a comment or question to be read aloud at the Board of Education meeting please send these via email to any Board of Education member, Superintendent, or Treasurer.
 
The annual record retention meeting will be held on June 4th, 2020 at 10:00 am viturally and can be viewed at the following link: Live Meeting

Auditorium Fees

Categories 1 and 2

No rental fees will be assessed with the exception of extra school personnel who may be required for safe and efficient operation of an event that occurs outside the scope of normal contract hours (custodians, cooks, maintenance personnel).

Category 3*

3-hour minimum fee at a rate of $500 + $125 for each additional hour of use

Category 4*

3-hour minimum fee at a rate of $1500 + $125 for each additional hour of use

*Category 3 and 4 organizations may also contract with the District for the following additional services/charges:

Lighting Design Services

$100 per hour

Stagehands

$15 per hour

Additional services are negotiable and must be agreed upon in advance.
