Rental Agreement – Option 1           (Meetings, Presentations or Non-Theatrical Events)


Class of Prospective Renter

Description of Charges

Class IV

$1600 (3 hour minimum) +$165 each additional hour.  Advanced set-up is charged hourly.

Class III

$850 (3 hour minimum) +$75 each additional hour.  Advanced set-up is charged hourly.

Class I & II

No rental fee, Auditorium labor billed at $30 per hour for any work calls, rehearsals and performances.

 

Equipment and Services included in Option 1 Agreement:

Auditorium Sound Manager on-site throughout rental period

Sound Booth/Lighting Booth access for technicians and client only

2 podiums with mic holder or mic stand

1 wired mic

1 wireless handheld mic

Network cart for laptop/MP3 player at podium

CD player or MP3 audio playback

Internet access (hardwired and wireless but no laptop provided)

Full stage white lighting (work lights)

8’ banquet table

American and State flag (positioned on either side of stage)

VGA cabled access for laptop computer (laptop NOT provided)

Rental Agreement – Option 2  (Single day Choral, Instrumental, or Theatrical Performance)

Class IV

$2100 (3 hour minimum) +$165 each additional hour.  Including advanced set-up

Class III

$1350 (3 hour minimum) +$75 each additional hour.  Including advanced set-up

Class I & II

No rental fee, Auditorium labor billed at $30 per hour for any work calls, rehearsals and performances.

 

Services included in Option 2 rental option:

1 Lighting technician

1 Audio technician

2 Front-of-House followspots w/operators (Operators must be supplied by Renter)

 

All Equipment Option 1 features PLUS:

 

8 wireless headset microphones

Full stage communication system with dressing room monitors

Internal lighting adjustments (cues) during performance accompanied by script

Specific lighting effects may require additional set up time

 

Grand piano and microphone pick up

1 18’ large projection screen on stage (on-line set)

1 Video projector (light booth projection only)

1 DVD player (requires auditorium projector)

Additional onstage monitor speakers

100 chairs

50 music stands

8 Three (3) step choir risers

6 Acoustical sound panels

8”, 16”, 24” and 32” platforms available


Above 10 items all require script and ground plan and additional set up time

Rental Agreement – Option 3 (Full Drama/Dance/Choral Production requiring additional rehearsal period)

$2600 (3 hour minimum) +$165 each additional hour.  Including advanced set-up

Class III

$1850 (3 hour minimum) +$75 each additional hour.  Including advanced set-up

Class I & II

No rental fee, Auditorium labor billed at $30 per hour for any work calls, rehearsals and performances.

 

Services included in Option 3 rental option:

1 Lighting technician

1 Audio technician

2 Front-of-House followspots w/operators (Operators must be supplied by Renter

1 Fly rail operator

1 Stage Manager

 

All equipment from Option 1 and Option 2 features PLUS:

Light plot and line set adjustments and cueing as needed

Rehearsal and work calls to be charged hourly depending on availability of the facility

Fly lines used – full scale productions with special audio and visual needs
