STUDENT ANNOUNCEMENTS – JUNE 1, 2010
· OVERDUE LIBRARY BOOKS? The library is having "Fine Forgiveness Days"! Turn in your overdue library books in the two days and we'll waive your fines. That's right! No more hassles to pay up! We just want you to have a fine free summer!
· Congratulations to Morgan Estes for qualifying for the State Track Meet in Columbus this Saturday in the Pole Vault. Morgan came in Second Place in the Regional Track Meet Friday in the Pole Vault clearing 10 feet 9 inches. Morgan is the third girl in Green High history to make to the State Track Meet in the Pole Vault. Congratulations, Morgan.
· GIRLS’ TRACK: girls track members that have not turned in their equipment please turn in your track equipment to Coach Ohlson or Coach Gourley by 4:00 TODAY at the Stadium.
· BOYS’ GOLF: Any boy interested in trying out for golf next year please see Coach Gourley some time today in Room 212. There will also be a meeting at Raintree Country Club on Monday, June 7th at 6:00 P.M. for anyone interested in trying out for the team.
· EARLY DISMISSAL FORMS FOR THIS WEEK ARE DUE TODAY TO YOUR FIRST PERIOD TEACHER! PLCC FORMS ARE DUE TO MRS. MAROCHINO TODAY!
· There is a black vest from Ameritux in the office that was left at prom. If someone is missing a vest, please come to the main office to claim.
· The main office lost and found has many articles of clothing! The bin is located next to Mrs. Marochino’s office. Please check if any of these items belong to you! Items not claimed by Friday, June 4 will be donated to a local charity.
· GREEN FOOTBALL WORKOUTS: begin Monday June 7th stretch – 7:45 am and lift – 8:00 am. Complete your testing sheet, take lock off locker pick up summer schedule rm. 174.
